What CXCS can do for you

If you rent land

If the land owner of the ground you rent and farm gets notified of an inspection, you would be required to produce your records to the owner of the ground in question. Despite it being the responsibility of the land owner to produce this information ultimately you would be asked for the documents.

We would include the land that you rent on your NVZ Calculation, Field Application Records and NMAX Report. You are also required to show maps of this land which CXCS will do.

If you let out land

It is your responsibility to produce this information if you are notified of an inspection on the land you let out. CXCS will contact the farmer renting your land and collect the information that would be sufficient for passing any inspection. This would include any of the following:

  • Livestock numbers
  • Cropping details
  • Fertiliser rates
  • Manure rates

We would include all of this information on your NVZ Calculation, Field Application Records and NMAX Report. You are also required to show maps of this land which CXCS will do.
