What CXCS can do for you

'Field Application Records' are required by the Rural Payments Agency and the Environment Agency when they conduct their inspections. If you do not have these records showing your applications you will lose part of your Basic Payment.

'Field Applications Records' show 12 months worth of your field-by-field nitrogen applications. The nitrogen could come from organic manure or manufactured fertiliser product.

Unlike most online applications our software we use in-house produces very clear and detailed reports, even the Inspectors are happy to see our reports. CXCS have dedicated software that has been built upon the knowledge of years of advising and attending 100's of inspections.

Detailed and clear records

The application records show the following information:

  • Field name
  • Parcel number
  • Field size
  • Soil test results
  • Soil Nitrogen Supply (SNS)
  • Previous cropping
  • Current cropping
  • Crop sown date
  • Fertiliser type
  • Manure type
  • Application rates
  • Application dates
  • Application methods
  • Nutrients supplied
