What CXCS can do for you

The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974  places a duty on all employers "to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare at work" of all their employees.

The act requires that employers of five or more must keep and revise a written record of health and safety policy and consult with employees (including contractors and sub-contractors) on any revisions to such policies. 

For those who employ less than five, we strongly recommended that a written Health and Safety Policy is still produced.

We will create for you a written policy comprising of three parts,

  1. General Statement of Policy,
  2. Organisation
  3. Arrangements

This will be presented in your Farm Safety Solutions folder, making it readily accessible for any of your employees to see.
